6) Avoid white rice, white flour,potatoes, processed foods,sweets containing high-fructose  trans, saturated fats & corn syrup; and limit products of grains  to one serving daily) 7) Drink atleast 2 cups of ( green) tea daily; do not drink more  coffees per day. 8) Avoid consuming alcohols (at first). After 1 week for women, and 2 weeks for men, consuming in moderation (Not more than 10 drinks per week) is really beneficial to your healths. 9) Try consuming whey proteina once or twice daily (Dr. OKeefe advises using whey at breakfasts and at  midafternoon –  after  heavy workouts.) 10) Women must drink 2 cups of non fat milk daily; men must take 1 cup. 11) Consider of adding soy to your diets — upto 2 servings daily. 12) Drink atleast 4 liters of water daily — more if you are exercising vigorously.
